PRINCE2 is a project management methodology that will benefit all project types and sizes. Designed to facilitate effective control of projects it consists of 5 integrated elements. These integrated elements include: 7 best practice project management Principles that guide 7 management Processes and 7 management Practices, with the appropriate consideration of People and the Project Context.

The Practitioner course is a program designed to further the participant’s understanding on the application of this project management method and its tailoring to a specific project scenario.

Our PRINCE2 training courses are based on PRINCE2 7.

The Practitioner training will:

Further knowledge on the application of PRINCE2’s Principles, People, Practices and Processes
Improve understanding on how a project’s context influences the application and tailoring of the methodology for a specific project scenario
Prepare participants for the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification exam

The Practitioner course is delivered as a 2 day program.

COURSE COMPOSITION

The course program includes a series of sample exam exercises designed to refine and test the PRINCE2 application skills of participants. The exercise sessions include review sessions to support further understanding on applying and tailoring PRINCE2.

COURSE PREREQUISITE

To complete the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam a participant must have first successfully passed the PRINCE2 Foundation exam.

COURSE EXAM

The PRINCE2 Practitioner exam is a 2.5 hour, open book, scenario based exam. The participant must provide 42 or more correct responses from 70 questions. Questions are presented in the following styles:

The exam is completed as an online exam and following training completion. Candidates have up to 3 months to complete their online exam following classroom training.
