MoP® Management of Portfolios Training – Foundation

To develop a working knowledge of portfolio management and how it can be applied in different business environments.By attending the MoP Foundation course participants will understand:

• An approach for implementing portfolio management

Senior managers responsible for defining strategy and delivering a portfolio of projects and/or programmes, portfolio managers and directors of change. The MoP Foundation training course includes a mixture of facilitator presentation, class and group exercises. This portfolio management training course is delivered as a 2.5 day event with the MoP Foundation certification exam completed following the training program.

The MoP Foundation exam is a closed book 40 minute multiple choice exam. Delegates must score 25 or more marks from 50 questions to attain MoP Foundation certification.

The exam is taken online, following the completion of the training.
