PROJECT ASSURANCE

Our Project Assurance team provides independent monitoring of a project’s performance against key project performance indicators.

Project Assurance experts can be used to advise on:

• The viability of the project’s business case
• The integrity of the project plan
• Appropriateness of the project’s quality management plan
• Appropriateness of risk mitigation strategies
• The design of the project’s governance approach
• The design of the project management team
• The definition of project roles and responsibilities

• Facilitate programme management workshops to help define, plan and structure the programme
