COURSE SUMMARY

This 3 day change management training course is aimed at building knowledge of change management approaches and models key to effective change planning, change implementation and managing the impacts of change.

The course syllabus is aligned to support the practical application of the Change Management Institute’s: Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBOK), with focus on supporting successful change at the individual, team and organization levels.

The training program is also designed to support preparation for APMG Change Management certification, with an APMG Change Management Foundation certification exam included within the Foundation training package.

APMG Change Management qualifications also provide a pathway to Change Professional accreditation by the Change Management Institute and on passing one of the APMG Change Management exams, delegates receive 2-month complimentary membership to the Change Management Institute.

COURSE AIM

By attending this change management training participants will develop knowledge essential to work as an informed member of a team working on an organisational change initiative. More specifically training participants will understand:

FORMAT

The Change Management Foundation training course is a 3-day program that includes a mixture of facilitator presentation, class and group exercises. The training package includes the APMG Change Management Foundation exam.

EXAM

The Change Management Foundation certification exam is a 40 minute, 50 question multiple choice exam. Participants must score 25 or more marks for APMG Change Management Foundation certification.

The APMG Change Management Practitioner exam is completed online following the training. A calendar of dates and times are available for training participants to select when to complete their exam.
