COURSE SUMMARY

The Overview course is designed to provide P3O team members an understanding on how a P3O model operates.
At end of the Overview course participants will be able to:

Realise the value of a P3O model
Understand key P3O terminology
Understand the P3O’s role in ensuring the right change initiatives are delivered in accordance to required standards
The difference between Planning, Delivery and Centre of Excellence functions in a P3O environment

COURSE COMPOSITION

This is an introductory course to P3O. Participants will be presented an overview of the core elements of a P3O model and the trainer will lead discussions on how P3O can be applied in different business situations.

The Overview course also includes group exercises based on key elements of a P3O model.

COURSE PREREQUISITES

This course does not require prerequisite training or qualification.
