Our Project Assurance team provides independent monitoring of a project’s performance against key project performance indicators.

Project Assurance experts can be used to advise on:

Programme management Assurance services

HiLogic can support your implementation of programme management as a model to manage strategic change.  In addition to our Programme Management (MSP) Overview training course, some examples of our programme management support services include:

  • Facilitate programme management workshops to help define, plan and structure the programme
  • Deliver briefings on how to apply recognised programme management models, such as the internationally recognised method Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)
  • Establish with your programme management team processes and procedures to control and align the programme's portfolio of projects
