PRINCE2 is a process based methodology for managing a project. During our PRINCE2 project management training delegates learn a best practice methodology for the control of the start, middle and end of a project. The training also introduces the knowledge areas important for managing projects such as Business Case, Risk Management, Project Roles and Responsibilities, Change Control, Project Plans and many others.

MSP – Managing Successful Programmes is an adaptable methodology based on proven best practices for the delivery of a portfolio of projects and the management of activities designed to achieve key strategic organizational objectives.

P3O – Portfolio, Programme, Project Offices, this guide describes the processes, services and functions that may be provided by a centralized or decentralized unit to assist decision making and achievement of Portfolio, Programme or Project objectives.

Our courses are unique as we aim to ensure training participants understand:

  • How to apply project or programme management concepts in a structured way;
